During an investigation, aed67 may suspend the account and freeze any associated balance pending the outcome of the investigation. 🔒 Account Suspension and Termination

aed67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where the user has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, the one-account-per-person rule, prohibited conduct provisions, or payment-related obligations.
• Where aed67 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory directive, or a direction from a relevant law enforcement authority.
• Where the user has voluntarily requested account closure. In this case, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

🔄 Changes to These Terms

aed67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change that affects your rights in relation to existing account balances or active bets — aed67 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or on-Platform notification before the change takes effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their effect, or updates to payment method lists) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The current version of the Terms is always available on the aed67 website. Your continued use of the aed67 Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
